RailWest
I'm talking historical here, not the current day! I'm looking for two things in particular for my ongoing research:- 1. Photos of the inside of the signal-box, showing the lever-frame and instrument shelf. Ideally before closure, but afterwards might suffice provided that it has not all been ripped out. So far I have come across one picture showing part of the LH end of the frame, but that is all :-( 2. Locking tables (particularly electrical) and other diagrams for the later BR period, especially after installation of the track-circuit on the Up line. Hopefully there will be something out there, somewhere :-)
11D
The 2 guys at Midsomer you might well get something from are completely up to their eyes in installation of the new system, as their intention is for the 'new' box to enter service in early July. If you're a member, a letter to 'The Telegraph' get answers from other members - just hit the 1,000th incidentally.
RailWest
Having been in touch with John Rideout and others already, I've drawn a blank there so far.......
