After a period of dereliction, it is now being refurbished, which includes the NG railway which once ran round it. See http://www.poppletonrailwaynursery.co.uk/. I had been testing the token machine in the nearby signalbox and didn't really have time to look properly. Glad to see it is in use. There is a 2ft gauge line at a watercress bed in north Herts that sees pretty constant use. There is no loco though, everything is mandraulic..
