Help me identify this K's brake van

I picked up a box of bits from a junk shop in town on Saturday. Included was this K's whitemetal kit for a goods brake (I know it's K's because it says so on the reverse) but despite looking on the net and in a couple of reference books I can't find out what it's supposed to be. Looks a bit Taff Vale to my eyes, but I might be way wide of the mark. Can anyone positively identify what it is?

It's reminiscent of a Great Eastern design as well but looks a bit short.

It does look a bit like a Welsh 10T brake.

 

The V stapping is the wrong way for the TVR, though - see http://www.falconbrassworks.com/details.php?code=WK123

It's K's Caledonian Railway Brake Van. 10T IIRC and there should be a guard.

Many thanks for all the help, it's much appreciated. It looks like the kit is complete apart from the floor (plasticard will soon sort that out) and the guard. Ther has been a little damage to one of the sides but nothing I can't sort out.

Floors were a luxury most K's wagon kits didn't run to. Off hand, I can only think of the LOMAC, GWR CORAL A glass wagon and the HR twin wagon.

 

The guard is rather crude and not a great loss. (It might not even be this kit that had one - it's a long time since they were available 'over the counter'.)
