jdp298
I have a single example of what came in a Markits bag, labelled " MM210/20402 (40:1) 2.0x1/8 " It's a gearbox where there is only the worm and wheel, and it fits vertically in the spaces where a DJH kit might have left you a mounting plate for the motor only. I have 2 more kits where this would be brilliant, but I can't quite make head nor tail of the Markits current catalogue. I think the closest I can get is the MM-1-0738, but none come with a 40:1 option and I can't tell how narrow they are. Has it been superseded or dropped completely? Is there someone else that makes something that fits in the same way?
benachie
What about MGRS20402 - not a gearbox, just the worm and gear? Alan
jdp298
Thanks Alan, but it seems I was being a bit thick. If this were an IT problem, it would have been reported as PICNIC. (Problem In Chair, Not In Computer). MM stands for Motor Mount, for which there is another page in the catalogue a little further on. It's all there and now I can get what I need.
