RMweb Gold unravelled Posted January 24, 2010 RMweb Gold Share Posted January 24, 2010 They are being shown fairly regularly on the sky travel channel, 251 (and +1, 252). A couple on at the moment (sunday am). Also at 8 am every morning recently, though I guess repeated several times each day. Quite hypnotic, and a well produced imo. I like the " let the picture tell the story" approach without the continuous banal commentary of some modern products. Dave
bike2steam
MITV videos were selling well in shops, including mine, up untill they did the deal with Sky, they rubbed their hands with glee at the deal - then the shop sales slumped - such is life. But I still enjoy watching them on tele, some of the best holiday programmes made, I love going to Switzerland, and Austria.

Horsetan
Some of it is also on YouTube, I think. The only thing that annoyed me was the theme music. It sounded as banal as the one they wrote for BBC golfing coverage. There you were, enjoying the ride and the Swiss scenery, and that tune threatened to turn it into mush. artisan100
Just returned from a week in Switzerland, riding the Arosa, Bernina and Glacier Expresses. Thanks to the OP for giving me an idea of what to expect. Geoff
