edcayton
Scotswood Road and Mr Futers were at the Biggleswade show a couple of weeks ago. I think it is probably the best of his three turnout "mini-layouts" to date. Ed

bigdaveadams1
Apparently it's in the Railway Modeller 2014 Annual Andrew. So there isn't a particular month, it's the special annual that is currently available. Also though, try this months Railway Modeller, as there is a feature on Gallowgate. Which is perfect for what you are trying to achieve, it has the track plan in the magazine and is less than the Annual!

woodenhead
In this month's Railway Modeller there is Gallowsgate, another Ian Futers 3 point special, looks to be the same plan as Scottswood.
black and decker boy
In this month's Railway Modeller there is Gallowsgate, another Ian Futers 3 point special, looks to be the same plan as Scottswood. He's improved then, used to be 2 points and game over
