Ed-farms
Hello all I am writing this post to try and help build up awareness of Missenden Abbey Railway Modellers, I have recently joined them to try and help build up their social media audience and watned to make you all aware of what can be done at these weekends and future events. First of all lets give you an idea of what one of the weekends is like, I recently wrote a blog about my first visit to one of these weekends and it can be found here http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/blog/1529/entry-13572-missenden-abbey-modellers-weekend/ The next 2 events are the Summer Retreat which takes place on the 10th-15th August, a whole week of railway modelling for those looking for the time to get on with some projects. There is also a second modelling weekend which takes place on 24th-26th October. This year the Autumn weekend will focus mainly on electronics but there will be other options including 3D Printing available. Further details of these events can be found on the main website http://www.missendenrailwaymodellers.org.uk/ and further updates will be posted ot the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Missenden-Abbey-Railway-Modellers/601123499921538 as time progresses. We will also be entering into the world of Twitter, I will post details for our profile there once I set it up.
