For the last 3 (or 4) days I've been trying to access their website but I just get a message saying "The website has a loop". What does that mean and am I the only one facing that?Cheers! SRman Posted April 25, 2014 Share Posted April 25, 2014 Works fine for me. There may be a problem if your system has partly loaded the page and cached that. Press the 'X' to stop it trying to load, then press shift + F5 to force a reload from the server, bypassing any cached files on your computer.If that doesn't work, try using a different browser - I am using Google Chrome but there are plenty of others to choose from. Richard Lee Posted April 25, 2014 Share Posted April 25, 2014 Worked for me last night, although, sadly, they didn't have what I was looking for in stock. I use Firefox on Windoows XP. One thing that I find I have to do from time to time is to clear the history, which seems to empty the cache as well. Don't know if that is relevant to your problem.
