Nothing new in all this. I think the moment the emergency services went from inaudible bells to two-tone horns in the '60s the use of musical horns was banned. Colonel Bogey,... another rebellious refrain, once, heard around these parts.....Now frowned upon... ..Then, and now,.....Easily distinguished from the usual 'Blues and Twos'.
