RMweb Premium Dave Searle Posted September 12, 2014 RMweb Premium Share Posted September 12, 2014 Hi, I'm trying to find the details of what was on the sign on the side of the green containers in the former Avon binliner train (4M60/4V60 Calvert-Bristol). There are several useful photos around of the trains in general, but I can't find any that show a clear view of the rather prominent sign on the side of the containers. The sign seems to consist of a number of graphics, including a Freightliner logo. Has anyone got a clear view of one of these signs, or details of what is on it? Many thanks for any help. Cheers,Dave
Steadfast
I seem to recall it was the Freightliner Heavy Haul, Bristol and Bath and North East Somerest council logos. I have photos but are on the laptop. I can have a look after work tonight if no one else has posted then jo
modfather
The containers are still stacked at days road tip I believe.
Steadfast
Right I've got in from work and scoured the laptop. Can't find what I'm after, so it must be on the external HDD. I definitely photographed the train rolling slowly through Sydney Gardens, Bath. Here's the best online I can find https://www.flickr.com/photos/brianews/5854049011/sizes/o/ I'll have a look on the hard drive when I get a chance over the weekend - I'll try to find some time tomorrow evening if I can jo
