Old modeler returning and concerns already

I have just read though this thread and I would just like to say that as a small supplier that the terms of my, and a lot of the suppliers I know, have insurance that specifically prevents us from supplying North America and Canada because of the cost of potential litigation, it was the same when I ran my coach hire and tours company we were prevented from carrying parties of US tourists. I always suggest than if someone would like something that they come to a third party arrangment with someone they know in the UK, yes I know it adds to the costs but is an unfortunate side effect of the somewhat out of control litigation situation that exists on your side of the atlantic not suppliers being difficult.
