craigwelsh
I am also temped to ditch the CSB in Bills kit and replace with srings for each hornblock, It just seems to allow for better ajustment, I dont want to get in to debate but is not CSB just compensation with bendy beams! David Its closer to rigid with bendyness that any form of compensation bearing in mind its meant to be a continuous beam. Oh dear. Oh dear, I did....! Should I have gone to Specsavers Comet? You may find it ok though I have noticed another comment about them turned up on the S4um website http://www.scalefour.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=731&sid=7d2f4c4154cdc57908d1bc12bcf48a1a ! Bill didn't know of anyone who had actually built one and nor did I but I know what some of his others were like so I avoided. If it is an early one too its always worth checking with him before you start if you need a correction etch too. This was the case with the clubmates L&Y loco.
