Austrag Posted October 19, 2014 Share Posted October 19, 2014 I have a few questions regarding a Heljan Lion. I am pretty sure someone has done this mod. The both fans seem to be set into a recess at the top of the body with a grill fitted over them. An idea is to cut around the recess inside the body to release the fans leaving the grill intact and then to fit a brass fan in place. That in turn would allow me to have a roof mounted speaker inside. So, (1) has anyone done that mod? (2) are the fans painted on or are the integral to the body?
