RMweb Gold Alister_G Posted November 19, 2014 RMweb Gold Share Posted November 19, 2014 I set out to build a model lawnmower for my 4mm layout, however I made the first attempt too big, and it is therefore probably more suited to a 7mm layout. It is built entirely out of Styrene strip and rod. It's no good to me, and a new, smaller version is now being built, so if anyone wants it, drop me a PM. EDIT: It's now been spoken for, thanks. devonseasider Posted November 21, 2014 Share Posted November 21, 2014 Well, the lawnmower landed safely this morning in not-so-sunny East Devon and looks even better "in the plasticard" than it did in the photos. Thanks again, Al. It's now in the care of Jack, the crossing-keeper, who's a keen & quite successful gardener in his spare time. As it's just been delivered he's left it temporarily on the lawn although he's such a neat & tidy soul that I can't see it staying there for long before he finds it a permanent home.
