DelawareAndHudson
Anyone on here from the US/Canada subscribe to MTI? Never subscribed to a magazine published outside the US so just curious how it's worked for those of you that have. It would be nice if if could get on the shelf at Barnes & Noble. F-UnitMad
Probably best to ask on the MTI Forum.... http://forum.mtimag.co.uk/index.php There are quite a number of US subscribers as far as I know. There's also links on there to the mag itself, so you can see what it's all about. http://contents.mtimag.co.uk/ Not a big 'glossy' by any stretch of the imagination, but produced for the love of model trains and the opportunities to enjoy them on a budget and/or in small spaces. shortliner
Jason, as a (small) part of the production team, I will post some info in a bit about the history of MTI - taken from Chris' latest editorial - Regretably distribution through the retail trade is horrendously expensive, requires a huge print run, and way beyond the scope and ability of a small scale magazine like MTI - it really is an enthusiasts magazine as Jordan mentions above.
