Are we to see more strikes on E*, blockades of HS1 at Dollonds Moor when the port workers at Calais drop the anchor for a day? In a nustshell - no. One of Europe's less efficient railway operators and incredibly bureaucratic and still with very poor cost control in the 1990s. Although I think they're gradually improving but they face some very big hurdles on the labour relations front if they are ever going to make real headway.
