RMweb Gold Not Jeremy Posted February 28, 2016 Author RMweb Gold Share Posted February 28, 2016 The book is now printed and I am picking up supplies from the warehouse on Tuesday, so it will be available to purchase in the shop from Wednesday 2nd March. I am launching it at the "Remembering the Railway" event at Evercreech village hall on Saturday 5th. The book's author Bob Bunyar will also be there to talk about the S&D and his book and sign copies if required. Simon Castens

martinT
Bought a copy at Railex - a planned expenditure. This is a really wonderful recollection of the last few weeks of the S&D. To see, on the title page photo by Don Froud, an 18 year old me observing the GWS special approaching Midford on the Saturday brought back a tremendous surge of nostalgia. Thoroughly recommended.
