Guest Linthorpe
KISS works for me too. I take it that the bottom line with the curved ends on your plan is the station.

pendlerail
Hi folks, a little advice if you don't mind? I am track laying and I have a short piece of track between the frog end of two points, say less than 2" long, using Electrofrog and Frog Juicers how do I wire this short piece? Do I fully isolate and wire it to the Bus or just isolate the frog ends and wire to the bus? thanks Phil
pendlerail
All track laying nearly finished so I thought it time for an update, So here is the layout looking from the Fiddle Yard and one of the Fiddle yard and headshunt now what to do with the space between the platform line and the run round? RMweb Premium Banger Blue Posted January 8, 2013 RMweb Premium Share Posted January 8, 2013 now what to do with the space between the platform line and the run round? 1.Disused trackbed - it could have been a former run-round loop / loco release road but track layout has been rationalised. 2. Base of a former signal box (or similar) or leave a rather rundown signal box there, with a motley collection of lamp huts etc for company. Just a thought. I have had similar thoughts, about the Signal box, not sure about the trackbed because there is a Runround loop present, now would the `box be facing the yard or the platform?
