gwrman
Hi, following the purchase of a 153 DMU in First Great Western livery in 'n' gauge at our Hayle Exhibition from Kernow MRC a layout had to be built to run it on so I decided on Falmouth Docks Station on a baseboard of 4' x 1' First I'll include a picture of what I'm hopinng to achieve By the way the low profile building in the for ground is the Bowling Alley 'Ocean Bowl' My next modelling job. I'll update you as the scenics progress. Nigel

gwrman
Hi Nige, yes hopefully if I'm satisfied with it when its finished for our show at Hayle. I'm going to put a shuttle unit on it so I can leave it run on its own while I talk to public and as Exhibition Manager always someone to see. gwrman
Hi guys, just thought I'd update you on my progress, I've been a bit busy but got some scenics done. Got the static grass machine out and being Cornwall any land left to go wild gorse bushes have grown. Still got the chain link fence to fit between track and carparks also AWS boxes and station lights. PS. hoping to have it at the Hayle Model Railway Club Christmas Show on December 8th 2012 http://www.haylemrc....bition_xmas.htm No pressure Nigel

I'm saying watch this space at the moment? Nigel
