RMweb Premium Sasquatch Posted February 21, 2014 RMweb Premium Share Posted February 21, 2014 Love that Crompton. I only ever saw one at Brighton in corporate blue. I have seen them at Newhaven, Hastings and Redhill! Did you know Dapol have announced 73s EDs for this year? (I have an old Lima one in EMU green. It looks great with green Bachy mk.1s.) :secret:

Brass0four
DT: You must hold the RMweb record for the amount of pretty blue code that is displayed on every e-mail notification. *perpetually gob-smacked emoticon* PS: This is not a criticism, you understand, more like envy. edit PPS: And yes, I understand it's not code as such, Kal) Better put one of these in (thoroughly pissed off this morning) Edited February 21, 2014 by Brass0four

Brass0four
Jaz: Some green slime would do it. A bit dried-up at max water-level, glossy where it meets the water. Unusually, it would need to be a straight line - easy on such a wall. Edited February 21, 2014 by Brass0four
Jaz
I liked the light so much with the reflections that I went for another angle....... the join here is a lot harder to notice, the reflections are just gorgeous, catching the light at the right time is so important rmweb785goathland5 and then couldn't resist a couple more, clearly they think there's a chance of food rmweb786goathland6 last one...which is my favourite. rmweb787goathland7
RMweb Gold Alister_G Posted February 21, 2014 RMweb Gold Share Posted February 21, 2014 Awesome! Very hard indeed to tell it's not real (if you ignore the bit at the end )
Jaz
The slope is staying like that it is under the bridge that crosses into the station. In the1st and 3rd one you can see something beyond. But they were angled to include the bridge. I could have fudged that little area, but it just didn't seem worth it. In the fullness of thine the House that actually stand there will be included in the layout. Pretend its a black roof, and windows on a white building....

Kal
one thing to note,..... a bit poorly finished around the bottom of the shell, but once weathered should be ok Edited February 21, 2014 by Kal
Kal
So back to the subject of Kadee. Although I like the 140 and 150 series I got to thinking why not just add an NEM pocket to old stock.... So I ordered these which arrived today: I will let you know how I get on, but this way I can use NEM Kadee and remove them when not being used
Jaz
new toy on the block rmweb775kits7 just need to clear enough desk to spread this out, there is loads of instructions, as per Sasquatch's comments I expect to learn a lot doing this. But I am not going to rub away the brick work it is lovely stuff. Though I can colour it for Heartbeat.
