Poor chap but he leaves a wonderful legacy and will be remembered for his energy and contribution to one of the finest bands ever. Dementia is an awful thing. I watched my dear Mum gradually fade away.
Heaven is getting a great rock band, one way and another - I knew he was ill and this had to happen eventually - but that doesn't make it any less sad - RIP.
