      Excuse list:

      a) It's a bit more difficult than I thought so it might not be ready when I say it is.

      b) I know I told you it would be 2FS pre-grouping but I've decided it's O gauge D&E.

      c) I don't know what I want to do really so I'm going to ask everyone to have another vote.

      d) I've just realised it's going to cost a packet despite what I said on the bus.

      e) It'll be just wonderful when it's done, I know I told everyone it would be dead easy but it's the other modellers, they keep telling me they don't like it.

      f) The Muricans have told me it's got to be HO now.

       

      Get modelling done.
