How to hard wire to a 21 pin socket

Thankyou for your reply,i am new to DCC. i am not sure what you mean. my problem is i have an 8 pin plug attached to the decoder with 4 wires and i want to connect to the 21 pin socket. -
Hi I have a loksound 3.5 sound chip for a Bachmann g2,i have tried using a 21pin to 8 pin adaptor but it is to high to fit the tender top back on,there are 4 wires attached to the 8pin plug how can i hard wire these to the 21 pin blanking plate. Thanks

I am making an 8 road GCR engine shed,does anyone know how wide this should be,i have read the GCR was more generous with the track centres,i know the LMS was 6ft,52mm centres.

Hi I have 50 Bachmann /Hornby steam locos to convert to Dcc,i don't know which is the best to go for at a reasonal price,Gaugemaster,Hattons,Bachmann or Lenz. Any advice would be appreciated.

HI Folks I am wanting to make a work table that slides out from underneath the baseboard,does anyone have plans for one and what type of draw runners are required.

The layout will be 37ft x 14ft but the end were the fiddle yard is only 7ft 4in wide for 8 tracks.

Hi all Can anyone advise the minimum radius in 00 Gauge for a loop that will run 10 coach/50 wagon trains at realistic express speeds, thanks David
