    Thanks Chaz, I'll keep a watch for updates., York and Wigan are the most southerly shows I regularly travel to, two and a half hours/140 or so miles is about the limit for a day trip to see a quality show, which both York and Wigan are. The other alternative is the annual weekend pilgrimage to Telford in September. Typically the only Telford Guildex I have missed since 1998 was the one you were at with Dock Green.

    Hi Chaz, I have just finished reading your Dock Green thread, quite excellent. Your recent work on various vans has got me out of the modelling doldrums and I now have three Parkside vans progressing well. I would love to see your layout in person, do you have any more northerly exhibition bookings in next year or two? Cheers, Stephen

    Nice to see the station end of the layout moving on, the retaining walls are impressive and I particularly like the cast iron panels on the bridge . Stephen
