Platform 2/3 canopy has been dismantled and discarded, the base material was incorrect,plus it was 2mm too high, once I had received the "Freebs" built Platform 1.

Finally bought a camera (GH5 LUMIX), that lies !

I did have an appointment with an archytech and suryvaror, but they seem to have been n gone orf to Malta.

Leaving behind the infamous tripod.

A few additions to Platform 1, today.

In the first 10 in the Q yesterday, purchased what I required, caught up with Kevin,Coastal Dcc, Greg, Brian, etc.

All round a good show,to break up the winter drudge,

The set up went well tonight ... very impressed with the layouts so far ... but i’ve pulled first stint on the car park tomrrow and its supposed to be wwweeeeeetttttt

Maybe,we will be the first to greet you, around 0915.

How about putting some similar looking low profile scale buildings in place of the photo ones, in front of the Castle bit?

Missing,is an extension to the brick wall to the low relief building, one of Richards lamp standards,

a low relief tree and low relief fencing to the bridge, all placed along that strip of platform.

Most of the items above,have yet to be made,by me.

Am off to the Canterbury Model Railway Exhibition in the morning.

It all looks to fit together very well, dt.  How does it look scale-wise behind the station?

I'm interested to see the overall effect but I prefer a light back-scene myself,

but I guess you know what you're doing.

Meanwhile, I found a rough copy,of  Priory backscene that" Runs as required" printed orff.

Am sending it to John at IDbackscenes,

he say would scan it,make it a whole and a few other tweeks,with his marvelous printing machine !

Like most other things,on the layout, these are just rough standing.

I've been attending now since around October, and I must say I am enjoying it a fair amount more than I did at Hastings.

A walk down the beach,an hour ago.

This,is what I went for,"we" are going to model this,in the next couple of weeks.

Hello everyone,

 

I live literally two minutes down the road from the Windmill, and I used to attend Hastings MRC, but as I've moved back to Ashford, I figure I may as well turn up to it's club. It's better than putting up with evening TV all the time and will give me a chance to test drive some of my projects!
