    For those who don't think about chloresteral maybe you should. Just been put on Statins due to my numbers (at medium risk of major heart attack) and I'm not even 50 yet.

      I've been on them for about 6 months now. Although my Cholesterol levels were dangerously high, mine is hereditary, not diet related!!!!

      But diet is more on the mind now!!!
