    Had to take the dog to the vet this morning as she had a seizure. They tell me she will be OK but the house feels wrong now :(

      We don't have a dog, we have got cats though, and yes all pets are part of the family, and greatly missed when they're not there. Hope everything's ok for you all ;)

    All the years using acrylic thinners to spray acrylic, just used water as id ran out and it was the same if not better! Doh!

      I've never got on with them myself, I can spray celly no problem, but tried acrylics and failed miserably. I may have another try!!!

      Someone I know who sprays acrylics uses car Screenwash to thin his acrylic paint for spraying!!!!!

      I beg to differ, Speeding is technically a motoring (Traffic) offence, not a criminal offence. Could you imagine just how many people would fail a CRB (DBS) check otherwise?

    Interesting scam from the Royal Mail on something I ordered from the US on Ebay where they want to charge me

      Importing is anything you purchase and bring into this country, whether it be for your own private use, or for further distribution.

      It sounds to me that they wish to collect import duty, on behalf of HM Customs & Excise.
