I have ordered a couple already. Do Hattons plan to do post war Warflats too?

Now that BW models has gone, and the older suitable JB/airfix kits (Bedford, Scorpion/Scimitar) are like hens teeth. Where is a good source for suitable loads from 70's to 90's? Apart from Land Rovers.

No sign on the horizon

I'd love to see one in an MOD Defence Logistics livery

Still no sign of anymore modern military workhorses. Closest we've had is a Berlin camo landy.....

I know but I they will be better than nothing. I had some really bad experiences trying to put together the Genesis kits, which has meant i'm reluctant to try the Shapeways WBF kits. An RTR looks like the best possibility at the moment until I can boost my modelling confidence.

Thanks for advice

Hello Grampus, Yeah they are both Cromwell. I got them from eBay a few months back. They crop up from time to time.

But as they are standing in, I felt OD was more appropriate

I'm holding off adding chains until I get some proper warwells/warflats sorted, plus I keep swapping loads at the moment. The wagons I use currently are stand-ins until I have a go at the WBF kits or Bachmann release their oft promised waflat in 2150. The Lowmacs will work if I am doing up to the 70's but ideally i'm aiming for later.

Cromwell Models are still trading.

Do we have any idea when these will hit the shelves?

I wish Bachman would hurry up...

432's are a mix of old Cromwell Models and Britannia Miniatures.

Now there's an idea, I do have a Oxford Goddess on my shelf, until now hadn't found a use for her!

Next to be put in is the perimeter fencing and a ramp so wagons can be loaded with vehicles. Oh and I will be painting up a Hornby Sentinel too in MOD green
