Placed my first order with Modelmaster 21st July, phoned today and was treated as more of a nuisance than customer. All I asked was when my order was likely to be shipped, to be told "as soon as possible" and then continued to receive evasive answers when I pushed for something a little more concrete. Definitely the first and last order, bearing in mind their website gives target delivery timeframe of 6 to 12 days. Seems to be a recurring theme with this supplier. Mortsy

I will be ordering some custom transfers but have query on wheelbase measurement of NER/LNER bogie CCT stock. Is the wheelbase, as displayed on the van sides the distance from:- outer axle to outer axle bogie pivot centre to bogie pivot centre inner axle to inner axle Many thanks Mortsy
