Are you sure something was not knocked loose in transit?

Thought I'd got a bargain and if it's fixed or replaced it still will be, a refund not so much. I've been inside it and there is no obvious problems, it does run but poorly and running in did not help, it just got worse, I think it's either I chip problem, a motor problem or a wiring problem.
