Don't like the sound of a badly damaged alloy or "Learning to repair it" . You'll have to get the tyre off for a start and that won't be easy. I would get a replacement from a breaker or eBay
It's bad cosmetic damage, actual real bad damage and I would replace the wheel. As for learning to repair it, I'm a marine engineer by trade so have the skills to do a lot of things and if I can't I know lots of people who can
Also, tyres off already, needs a new tyre anyway because the current one is nearing the end of its useable life so taking the opportunity to put a fresh one on
