Rich, I am interested in the removal of 50s details from the BGs that you mention. I was aware of the steps, but not the vac gear. Could you tell me which parts of brake gear need doctoring for this? Does it mean that air tanks should be added too? I have some postal vehicles, an NSE MK1 set and Blue/Grey set to complete in late eighties condition. From the light research I have done so far into the coach ends it seems there's some variation. Are you lucky enough to have good photos of your prototypes? What will you do to the step above the corridor connector, where it disguises the clip? Thanks, James.
