There's a bunch of one (maybe two) hit wonders. Between "Happy Together", "Young Girl"*, "Five O'Clock World" "Spooky", and "The Rain, the Park and Other Things" was there anything else on the set list?

    * Which might get one arrested these days.

There were DEFINATELY several questionable "hits" that would never see the light of day these days, and for very good reasons. Whilst they were hits and on the playlist, it surprised us they were sung, given the potential for someone deciding they weren't appropriate now!

My RM subscription is through Pocketmags. From their website (not the app) the payment card is easily changeable. Perhaps an easier option when renewing.

Yeah, my BRM was easy too, Pocketmags seem to "have a clue", already changed to new card 👍

Not Exact Editions but I had a similar experience with my Ordnance Survey subscription.

When my card changed they couldn’t take out my subscription and informed me so.  I went to their website to change the card details but couldn’t find anywhere to do this.  I contacted them and was told the only way to do this was to cancel and take out a new subscription - at the current price which was, predictably, higher than that which I was paying.  I really felt like telling them to stuff their maps where no one could read them, but I find them so useful that, whilst telling them what I thought of their methods, I bit the bullet and re-subscribed.

Gosh, that was almost a rant from me too.
I try not to do rants.
Need to go and have a lie down.

Yeah, I'm somehow expecting that's what'll happen to me.

All I'm going to do is wait until they try and get the next payment (about 4 weeks) and see what sort of notice I get regarding the fact the card doesn't work!

Having perused the article, and especially noting the video was from FAUX News, it should be considered rather more overblown that suggested. Simply, in my experience it's NOT "that bad".

Many locations that have the "swivel screen that options for a tip" are not just take-out but also dine in etc., so the single pay point doesn't mean everyone is expected to tip.

The last sentence, referencing "...finding a solution...", can also simply be addressed by paying wait-staff/servers a living wage - WHO'D HAVE GUESSED!!!

I happily tip where applicable, on the PRE-TAX amount, as I'm well aware of the pittance many establishments pay folks. It's somewhat self-serving though, since the pay is often low as a result of the expected TIPS making up a serious portion of the individuals wage.
