  1. "DCC requires just two wires to the track", so why have I got nearly 70 odd of the little darlings waving at me from under the boards?!

      I'm a DC guy who likes the idea of DCC but every article I read seems to suggest more droppers (s8ds 'little darlings') are an imperative or new gadgetry is necessary. Maybe I don't fully understand what is required with DCC?

      Steve, to be honest the number of droppers is just a natural evolution of belt and braces, I actually changed to DCC halfway thru tracklaying and have saved on isolating sections and switches etc. Good DCC wiring is good practice for DC, Trust me if a clanky articifer can understand anyone can :)
