Today was supposed to be bright and sunny.
Instead, we've had rain, and just now, a colossal hailstorm, with hail approaching 10mm diameter. And thunder and lightning. Its about time the BBC went back to the Met office...

Sorry, my fault - car in the garage and I decided that I might walk home in the sun - a 45 minute stroll.
Sun was shining till I stepped outside, then grey clouds and the wind got up - so I jumped on a tram instead to speed my journey before the rain.
Still no rain but it's getting ever darker.
