  1. any news of progress on 28 and the other crumbly bodies,,,,
  2. its a shame it wasnt found 30 years ago eh,,, looking at the duckets it looks like the coach will be different from the simulated one and more like the original and all that rotten wood is a great source of information even if most of it is too far gone makes you think what else is hiding out there,,,,,,,

  4. brake 3rd,,,, so thanks for that,, derelict is a word that sort of describes it,, was the restored duckett from this vehicle, if anything its an important source of information,, and something to start with,, good to see it saved

  10. what great news,, just need some hard cash to finish the job,,, its important to restore these as there are very few rakes of restored pre grouping coaches in the country today especially all the same company... just great,,,,
  11. article in septembers steam railway says that they have found a brake 3rd and that the remains of this and the two firsts will be recovered in the comming weeks amazing what turns up eh
  12. lovely stuff,,,,, nice photos too,,, be great to see just what they can recover and whats saveable and if any other bodies do come to light,,,,

  14. yes but who knows what else has been found,,,,,, lurking about,,,, wouldnt it be great to see a train of four or five coaches restored,,,,
