    Someone else noted that the crank pins seemed a long way out of the wheels,leaving quite a bit of play for the rods,does anyone know if this will be replicated on the production models? Hope not.

    Just had to return the second of these point motors,as before it jammed up completely after minimal use,not sure what the problem is,but am not confident about durability,so have asked for refund.

    Thanks for your replies,bought the motor and dcc 80 as suggested,all worked fine,then motor jammed up solid,wouldn't even move manually. Nothing to do with advice obviously,but made me wonder if anyone else has found these motors to be a problem? Have sent it back to the supplier for replacement,and will see what happens with the new one. When researching these particular point motors could not find any reviews or comments about them,which I find a bit stange??

    Hi, wondering if anyone has experience of using these? I am specifically interested in whether it can change the polarity of the frog on electrofrog points. I have managed to find a picture of what I believe is the accessory decoder that comes with it,and can't see any connecting point for the frog wire. Thanks in advance Pete

    I have the white version,despite putting in timings as you have,there appears to be no effect on the individual locos,much the same as your findings. I thought it was because the white version didn't actually support this function fully. I suppose some will be happy if the locos move and stop together,but the actual speeds seem to be dictated by the different speed curves. Pete

    I have ordered the Blubell version, Hattons recommendation for a decoder doesn't make much sense to me,as looking at the photo showing the chassis seems to show a right angled decoder,unless I am not seeing what everyone else is ?????
