Looks great so far. Having moved to 0 gauge selling all 00 to fund the move, now realising I cant fit a layout at home so have bought some 00 again for the reasons similar to yours. Look forward to seeing this layout develop. I like the gauges you have made, really useful.

So use the couplings which come with the item of rolling stock and remove the hook from one side?
-
For uncoupling in the station for running around what method have people used?

Just an update, I emailed Peco about the point work, message below was their reply:
''Work is under way on the code 75 bullhead large radius points, and we hope to have these available in the spring.''

Dear me Scott - you must be a glutton for punishment
Seriously, I am so pleased you have enjoyed reading my ramblings and of course I will keep posting progress here. The next step is the fiddle yard - purchasing and laying several yards of track, four points and motors and wiring it all up. Blow by blow account to follow.
Best Regards,
Brian.
Always glutton for punishment following and reading about good modelling watching peoples work develop.
Look forward to more updates
Happy New Year

Sorry if it has already been said, where would D5000 have been allocated? Would any of the Green or Green SYWP have been found on the Eastern Region?

I was Driving 1622 the day of the torrential rain and thunder. What a storm. 5 inches of flood water at one point all around the tram.
