Hi CME
It looks super I'm very happy, ill try to get some pictures. As for the chimney didn't really look, the cab detail drew my attention more and the fine coupling rods. Very happy with the loco

Superb modelling, the layout has a lovely charm about it. The locos and coaches who supplies those?

Looks fantastic. Wish I had those skills

Superb modelling looking really good. I must have a go at 1 of these, the main bit which really puts me off is the bunkers on western tank engines. How difficult is this part to complete?

Must say what a great bit of work you have done. Really like what you have done, the bridge is superb as is the rest of the layout. I also like the baseboards which you got do you have more details of who produces them?
Look forward to seeing more updates and photos.

Hi Ken
Thank you for replying. I would like to build one in the future, i have built a few kits but I'm not as experienced as yourself. Sounds like fitting tender pickups are much easier than if they were on the locomotive. I will hopefully get around to building a kit from seven models soon.

Superb 2884, What was the kit like to build? I know your a very experienced builder but is it a very difficult kit to build?

Hi Ian
Really enjoyed reading your layout topic from start to finish. Superb modelling its great seeing how the layout has progress from strips of wood to current progress. Look forward to seeing more pictures of this superb layout. What are the dimensions out of interest (sorry if you have posted else where on the topic might have overlooked them)

Hi Kevin
Stunning layout. Just found this topic and have read all 38 pages. I might have over looked but how big is the layout and do you have a track diagram. Really have enjoyed reading this and you have caught the feel of the 90s well, especially like your weathering on your rolling stock.

Hi Just found this topic, superb modelling. Very inspiring work will read this from the start. Be very interesting to read about replacing the couplings from the railroad HAA's also.

Hi steve
looks an interesting project. Where exactly is the location. I think measurements would be great. Shame another relic of our past is going to be demolished.

Hi Howard
Just found your layout topic and enjoyed reading it. I have just recently moved from 00 to 0 british outline and bought Heljan diesels and so far every loco ive bought have had problems with detail broken off and split gears on 1 of the brand new locos, which I find most annoying as they are not cheap to buy. Having been to Germany I also like german railways and seeing what's available from lenz at a price not far more than your Heljan loco you get far more for your money and the detail is of the highest qualities. Look foraward to seeing this layout progress.
