    Is this what its like to get old? My knees are in a lot of pain and I havent done anything which is probably the reason, havent crawled on them or anything.

      im going tomorrow to see the doc, 30 years old, not overweight but must be lack of exercise, need to get the bike out

      Go for it Mike and this, for a change from me, is a serious suggestion. Find an acupuncturist (spelling)and get a consultation once you have checked with the Doc that it is just 'lack of use'! Do let us know how things go. Good luck.
