  2. Found this interesting 1888 painting by Vincent van Goch in a gallery in Avignon last month. It's called "Railway wagons in Arles"
  3. A 3D printing guru from a model rail group to which I belong is kindly producing a set of parts for me. He has just started printing and hopes to have them ready for me by the end of next week. I will post piccys and comments once they arrive and I start work.
  4. That is a mighty big file Paul. Thanks very much. If/when I find someone to print it for me I will a) ensure you get credit/name check, b) post back on here to let people know that POP model lives and c) post pictures of my efforts on the model. Look after yourself and keep a presence in APT-E world Chris

  14. Having a ride on Maglev twixt station and airport was a favourite pastime for our daughter when she visited grandparents who lived in Solihull. It also had the benefit of being free to ride!
  15. Well, as one of those who had discussions with them originally I have not heard anything further yet. I'll not hold my breath but who knows?
  16. What a great result for two great teams - Rapido and Locomotion. Thank you from a happy modeller
  17. But it just shows the benefit to a seller of a sensible starting price (£99) and then let the market do its thing!
  18. Have just checked and I cannot access it either. Must be the wrong sort of leaves on the line somewhere
  19. I see no Lima, joeff(sic) or loco in this. I do see some rusty Trix Twin track, one Hornby Dublo flat truck and an unidentified HD box! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mixed-lot-Hornby-lima-Joeff-loco-track-cars-all-in-pic/192040424030?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D2%26asc%3D38661%26meid%3Daceb1e6bcb734cf2b78ff887c69ccd7f%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D5%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D351920267166
