  1. Morning Everybody! First of all a very Happy New Year to everybody on RMWeb and all the best for modelling in 2016! I have taken the New Year to start building my first model railway. It will be based on the modern image era and will be a (small) traction maintenance depot based somewhere around Bristol. I know Bristol doesn't have a TMD but it will allow my show off my collection in a relative small but detailed setting. I am planning to built 2x 4 foot by 18 inch baseboards any the layout will include a small platform, long enough for a 2-car 150, 2 road maintenance shed and a fueling point. The depot will not be operated by one specific company but will be available for all companies to use if the need arises. It will be DCC Operated using a Gaugemaster system, trackwork will be Peco code 75 and that's a far as i've got so far! I currently have a bit of a mix of Rolling stock (as we all do) but a lot of it has been bought because i've seen the real things; -Direct Rail Services Class 37/4 37402 -Direct Rail Services Class 37/4 37405 -Colas Rail Freight Class 56 56094 -Direct Rail Services Class 57/3 57309 -EWS Class 67 67016 -2x FNA Nuclear Flask Wagons I also have a pre-order going for the London Transport Museum 2 Limited Edition Class 66's [66718 & 66721] and also have my eye on Hornby's 60066 in Drax. No pictures at the moment. I have all the track and baseboard components so that my rainy Saturday sorted Please feel free to comment with any suggestions, hints, tips or improvement points and hopefull i will have some photo's up soon... 2. Both Very Nice Liveries Indeed, Being Down In Bristol, I Have Seen Both On The West Burton - Portbury Gypsum in the last 2 Months. May Have a go at using the two locomotives when they both ran top and tailed as 6X03 Kidderminster - Wellingborough with 6 JNA/MLA and a LMS Inspection Saloon. https://www.flickr.com/search/?text=66718%206X03 Bit the bullet so to speak and put my name down for both.
