The CADS look like it's going to be something very special. Will be placing an order for a couple, in the coming weeks. Look forward to seeing these progress.

It's good to hear a manufacturer being upfront and honest about when they expect the models to be delivered. Even when these are delivered in August it's still only a little more than a year since they were announced. Which is pretty good when compared to other manufacturers.

Did anyone get a chance to ask Oxford at the trade fair, as to when we can expect the BR version of the N7.

I dropped hattons a quick email today, to ask whether the 66 are on target for March delivery, and they said they have not been informed of any delays. So fingers crossed.

I have been told end of Fedruary start of March now.
Yeah I had the same response when I emailed them earlier in the week.

I had some of the weathered versions on order, but I have took the decision to cancel the order based on the pictures of these wagons. A little disappointed as they took the decision to ask opinions on this forum as regards to the finish. Hey Ho.

My HNRC 07 turned up today, and I have to say that it's a cracking little loco plenty of weight and well applied livery and ran well straight from the box. Fitting a decoder is a little bit fiddly but it is possible, I have managed to get mine in and have managed not to damage any of the pipework or handrails, but it is worth working slowly to remove and replace the body.

Received my HUO's today and they are fantastic the best wagon in terms of detail and quality in OO gauge I have seen. Really looking forward to your other projects and the TOPS wagons in the near future. Great work lads.
Cheers

Having received my HUO today and the level of detail is like nothing I have seen on a wagon in OO gauge. I will be definitely be ordering some of these as I think these will be fantastic. Keep up the great work lads.

Just a quick thanks to Dave, Mick and the Crewe heritage centre for a really good day out. Really enjoyed meeting and speaking to you both and some fellow crowd funders as well. Looking forward to watching this project progress.

Jealous of all these pictures of the wagons. They look like a game changer as for the level of detail. Looking forward to receiving mine in the not to distance future.

Just a quick question does anyone have any pointers as to getting hold of any pictures, or books of these locos in BR days, as I'm looking to weather one of these and could do with a few pictures for reference. Thanks in advance.

Just a quick cry for help regarding fitting one of Hornbys X9659 4 pin decoder into a peckett loco as I have being trying to fit the dam thing in, but no matter how I try I can't reattach the loco back to its chassis with the decoder in place. Any pointers or alternative suggestions greatly received.
Cheers

Where do you get those types of cabinets from as they look really good for model locomotives.

Just wondered if anyone who has received a 68001 Ltd Ed would be kind enough to put a couple of photos up of what you get etc, is it different to a standard loco, do you get a certificate as well?
Shame about the lack of outter box hopefully everyone gets their locos safely
Thanks
Mark
Will upload some pictures of 68001 tomorrow if nobody beats me too it.

Just an observation - loads of people seem to have ordered a 68001 from DRS, but has anyone actually received one yet?
No not yet, I ordered mine on Tuesday and still nothing, has anyone ordered stuff from DRS shop before and how long does it usually take to receive their items.

I'm awaiting delivery of my class 68 from DRS model shop and I have to be honest I'm a little bit worried about what I will find when it arrives, looking at some of the issues raised elsewhere in this thread, but I will reserve judgement until it arrives. And then maybe consider buying another one.

DRS have 68001 in stock on there website, apparently limited to 350 pieces, and only one locomotive per order.

OO gauge Crowdfunded APT-P (Warley announcement)

Looking at the 3D printed APT-P it looks like the the destination blind window is a little bit to far away from the grille on the right, but it could just be the angle of the photo of the prototype. But I'm sure it will be something that if is wrong will be sorted before production.
