Well my D5000 turned up today and wow what a loco throughly impressed so much so will be ordering D5016 in new year excellent work SLW

Just ordered one D5000 by all accounts these are the mutts nuts if that's the case I will have to try and source a 33 or they run a new early one

Well the peco third rail and the pots have turned up just need a child's pair of hands and lots of patience I think a long task

Just like to ask those that have fitted third rail to your layout did you make up a jig to drill the pot holes ? So they stayed the same ? Thanks Dave

Hi Howard fantastic looking layout I am very new to railway modelling and contemplating a third rail there are many questions to be asked but my first is Is there a set distance to drill holes for the pots on the sleepers if so what is it please or is it what looks right Thank you
