'Irish' jokes, thinly veiled profanities - yes, those can be viewed as offensive and you had more posts reported than anyone over the weekend. Please go back and read all the rules.

Thank you for your answer and I take your point. However, the Irish joke was a play on the Irish accent and not at all racist. I have also seen Scottish jokes on here. Are they deemed acceptable? With regard to "thinly veiled profanities" I avoid writing certain words in full expressly to avoid causing offence. On page 1010 of the "Things that make you smile thread a gold member has posted a joke which has the F word written in full. How is that acceptable if what I have written is not?
