I have 39-755, the Blue & Grey POT and there are no pickups fitted. The bogies are B5 (short swing arm), but do not have the hydraulic dampers that the Mk2f’s have and are definitely a different moulding. Keith

As you rightly say the Class 121 DTS has the same body as the Class 117 (I believe these never had gangways fitted) and different underframe (same as the TS without the toilet outlet maybe); they would be easy and hopefully well received model if Bachmann decides to extend the tool use. Keith

The stowage van produced is to Diagram 732, these were competed in November 1968 by BR York and therefore initially Blue & Grey. Keith

Thanks for the welcome Spitfire2865, probably not live but just cosmetic as not all the locomotives are manufactured with an electrical connection from the pantograph (some are plastic!); of course, anything is possible in the future. Keith

I’ve been looking at the Forum for quite some time and found (via other forums/search engines) some interesting threads I wasn’t aware of because there is no search facility unless you become a member! So here we are. Main modelling interest is 1960-1970 LM/SR regions (sorry, love MU’s & overhead knitting) in OO but not DCC; coming up to retirement so now is the time to start building a layout and running the stock.
