Being an apprentice TV engineer you soon got asbestos fingers.You also got into the habbit of doing a good job when you cleaned the old B&W TV screens, it was a major job that all apprentices had to do and if you didn't do it correctly start all over again.
when I was up a few weeks ago I went over to Philadelphia.My big sister and I went to see my Nana's old house We had a drive up the back street and 90% still had the old coal hatches.I did wonder if the outside netties where still there,.Bloomin cold in the winter and that Izal paper!!

Morning all, North Wales is cold and dull (just like January). I was freezing cold up at Llyn Alwen yesterday evening despite having all the thermal layers,I even managed to catch some fish so won't starve. Have a good one-Simon
Morning from a cold grey North Wales (typical my day off), I'm going to try my luck up at Llyn Alwen and cast a fly.The freezer is empty I'm entertaining on Saturday and want to do some trout.So might resort to jumping in.
