Thank you for your suggestions I have been in touch with the manufacturer via email He thinks that there may be an issue with the unit itself and has requested it's return for testing.

yes it does the crossing has been removed for fear it was causing an issue. I find your comments insulting Yes the drawing is as per the layout as is See photos. Your suggestion are moving the isolated section would not follow the fitting instructions attached elsewhere in this topic.

its the same section of track yes. Its almost identical to to example given in the fitting instructions for the Rev1. The highlights show the isolated fishplates

Ive wired it using 5amp 2.5mm automotive cable
