I really like the look of this loco. Does anyone know which kind of 6-pin decoder fits? The direct fit or the wiring harness version?

I've just finished updating 10x decoders with Legomanbiffo sound with no issues. I've adjusted the tone to suit the locos speakers and sound to my ears - a very welcome upgrade. I didn't think the sounds could be improved but they now sound even better adjusted especially the treble value which can sound slightly muffled when they are deep in the loco so a slight uplift brings them to life.

The Hornby super detailed HSTs all have the dummy car wiring reversed so no need for any CV29 changes.

I'm hoping someone might have a spare black plastic LED guard (it stops the lights from bleeding into each other). It mounts to the back of the cab and holds the LED PCB in place. It comes with X9871 or X9872 but I can't find it listed in any of the usual parts suppliers. I foolishly used superglue remover to loosen it but it has melted the plastic - lesson learned! Thank you.
