Rail head to buffer centre-line is 3'-5 1/2" which equates to 1054.1mm 1054.1mm divided by 76.2 (conversion to OO scale) = 13.83mm

Does anyone know if '051 had a partial repaint at some point, as the photos I have seen show 7 x blue metals sector chevron markings next to No.2 end cab and the model only has 6 blue chevrons???
